This week Us Weekly published a tell-all interview with a woman named Emily Goodhand who claimed to have slept with Tori Spelling's husband, Dean McDermott, as recently as December 6. If these claims turn out to be true, it would be a devastating blow to his wife and their four children. Hollywood couples are always under the watchful eye of the public and the paparazzi, which can get them in big trouble for their dalliances and infidelity. That's why Tori and Dean weren't the only celebrity couple to get caught up on a salacious cheating scandal this year.

In 2013 we heard reports that Liam Hemsworth was cheating on Miley Cyrus with January Jones, and Blake Shelton was stepping out on Miranda Lambert. Photos of American Idol runner-up Katharine McPhee kissing her married director surfaced, as did photos of Tim Burton kissing a blond woman bearing no resemblance to his partner of 12 years, Helena Bonham Carter. Basically, Kristen Stewart cheating on Robert Pattinson is so 2012.

Here are the worst celebrity cheating scandals of 2013.

1. Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott:

Us Weekly dropped a bombshell cover story on the Spelling-McDermott family during the week of Christmas with a tell-all interview from 28-year-old Emily Goodhand, a woman who claims that she slept with Dean McDermott on December 6 while they were working together to promote Chopped in Canada. This isn't the first time that Tori Spelling, 40, and Dean McDermott, 48, have battled cheating rumors, and in fact Tori and Dean were both married to other people when they first hooked up, while working on a film, in Canada. It seems this situation might be all too familiar to Spelling, who took to her blog after the story went viral to post a holiday message to fans from herself, Dean, and their four children, ignoring the cheating reports altogether.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth got engaged in 2012 so it was a shock to everyone when an eyewitness told Perez Hilton that they had seen Hemsworth, 23, getting a little too friendly with January Jones, 35, at a Pre-Oscar party. "They went to a private house party, and right in the middle of the party, January was clinging to Liam, saying, 'You're so handsome.' He kept saying, 'We can't do this here.' Then they left holding hands and went out in the hallway and were making out. She was wasted. It wasn't good," the source revealed. A few months later, reps for Cyrus and Hemsworth announced that the couple had called off their engagement.

3. Miranda Lambert And Blake Shelton:

The National Enquirer published a shocking story this October claiming that Blake Shelton, 37, had been cheating on Miranda Lambert, 30, with multiple women. They also reported that the country superstars were headed towards a $40 million divorce. Shelton took to Twitter to refute the claims tweeting, "I just read back to back NEW stories that @mirandalambert and I are having a baby, divorcing, cheating and feuding with @cher. Must be true!" The Voice judge and his country crooner wife have both maintained that they have a happy marriage and have dismissed all rumors of infidelity.

In October TMZ published photos of American Idol runner up Katharine McPhee kissing her former Smash director Michael Morris. This wouldn't be headline news except for the fact that they are both married to other people. McPhee to producer Nick Cokas and Morris to actress Mary McCormack, with whom he has three daughters under the age of 10. In a 2011 interview McPhee talked candidly about her marriage in an interview with Shape, "Everyone said it would be hard, but I didn't believe them. Surprise, surprise. It was really difficult ... getting married is not what you expect." A clear indication that there had been trouble in paradise for McPhee all along. Reports later revealed that McPhee and Cokas had separated six months earlier and McCormack was reportedly shocked to find out her husband was cheating and promptly kicked him out of the house.

5. Helena Bonham Carter And Tim Burton:

This October — which seemed to be the month for cheating scandals in 2013 — everyone's favorite eccentric gothic couple Helena Bonham Carter and Tim Burton refuted reports that Burton had been cheating on Carter with a blond mystery woman after the New York Post published grainy photos of him kissing someone who definitely wasn't his longtime partner. A rep for Carter derided the reports, telling Us Weekly, "This is an absolute nonsense story, the pictures were taken whilst they were out and the large group includes family, friends and work colleagues." We would like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but the photo showed a kiss that was just too steamy for a family, friend, or work colleague.

6. Will Smith And Jada Pinkett Smith:

It seems like gossip columnists can't decide if Will Smith is gay, has an open relationship, or is cheating on his loving wife. In November the couple found themselves fighting rumors that Smith, 45, had been cheating on his wife of 16 years with his Focus costar Margot Robbie, 23, after someone on set claimed to have seen them getting a little too cozy. The Smiths laughed off the rumors saying that everything is "great" between them and seemed to brush off the reports with ease. Multiple sources quickly agreed, saying the rumors "simply weren't true".
