Jennifer Lopez filed her response to Marc Anthony's petition for their divorce, and she wants to restore her old name. According to legal documents, Jennifer Lopez is still Jennifer Muniz, which is Marc Anthony's real last name.

The couple was married in June 2004, but announced their separation in July 2011. They have two children together: 5-year-old twins Max and Emme. Anthony filed for divorce the following April. Lopez has finally filed her response. Their files are mostly identical, with the exception of her returning to her maiden name, according to TMZ. Both Lopez and Anthony asked for joint legal and physical custody of their twins.

Lopez was depressed immediately after her split with Marc Anthony. ''It was very hard to get up in the morning. Very hard. When you're depressed and sad all the time it's very difficult," she said. ''I felt like my whole life had fallen apart. What I had known for seven or eight years with my children and everything, it was just ... boom! An explosion!" Still, she began dating her former backup dancer Casper Smart that October. Meanwhile, Anthony has been seeing Topshop heiress Chole Green.

The singer talked about dealing with the shift for her family to ABC News earlier this year. "It's about love and that's what I constantly remind myself of, because I kind of let society get inside my head, like 'Oh, it shouldn't be like this. I did this, I did that. I failed," she said. She spoke of her "non-traditional family." "Me being a single mom, their dad doesn't live at home with them. They have three stepbrothers from two other moms," she told ABC. But after feeling so down on herself for her failure as a mother, she reminded herself and viewers that her kids "happy, they're healthy, they're loved more than anything in the world, and they're going to be fine. I want them to know that."

Anthony and Lopez have remained friends in spite of their separation, which shows in the way they approached custody of their children. The only thing Lopez wants back is her name.
