Christina Aguilera's weight loss is nothing short of astounding. After reportedly losing 50 pounds, the Voice judge has gone through a total transformation! The sexy result was on full display on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno's Thanksgiving episode dedicated to the troops.
Aguilera, 32, looked like a pin-up girl as she made her way through the theater, which was packed with an all-military audience. In a sparkly body suit topped with a faux army jacket and Swarovski crystal Louboutins, the sexy platinum blonde singer looked healthier and happier than ever thanks to her amazing weight loss.
Between her appearance on Leno and her "Say Something" performance at the AMAs, it's clear that Aguilera is looking sexier than ever, and everyone wants to know what her secret is. "Laughter, happiness, breathing, and I did some yoga," the singer explained in an interview with Extra TV. This is in line with what a source close to Aguilera revealed in an interview with E! News, "[She's] making herself a priority, trying new exercises and trying things she loves and enjoys rather than stuff to just 'lose weight.' This is really from the inside out."
It's great to see Aguilera looking so healthy and happy after going through a very public divorce from Jordan Bratman in 2011. It was around that time that she famously feuded with Kelly Osbourne after Osbourne called her out on Fashion Police for gaining weight after allegedly dissing Osbourne's figure. "[Christina Aguilera] called me fat for years. One night on Fashion Police I said, 'F--- you. Now you're fat too.' I didn't say I wasn't fat. I said, 'Now you know how it feels,'" Osbourne later explained in a column for Glamour.
In September Life & Style gave fans a deeper insight into the singer's weight loss and new healthy lifestyle, which heavily relies on a balanced diet. These days the singer limits alcohol and avoids eating at her favorite unhealthy restaurants. She has also swapped out high-calorie foods for much healthier choices. Instead of pancakes, for a satisfying breakfast the singer eats blueberries, turkey bacon, and half an avocado. For lunch it's chicken breast over a salad and between meals her favorite snacks include things like shrimp, and celery with almond butter. When it comes time for dinner the Voice coach keeps it light and flavorful with fish or chicken curry.
