Just because they're broken up, doesn't mean that they don't get along! In Hollywood, a lot of people stop talking, especially after splitting, but some overcome the odds and even are still "family" (hey Miranda and Orlando!) after breaking up. Bruce Jenner even said that he talks to ex Kris Jenner every day!
Below are five couples who are still close despite not being together anymore.
1. Bruce Jenner and Kris Jenner
Bruce and Kris Jenner may have split some months ago, but these two seem to be getting along better than ever. Not only have they attended many birthday parties, but Kris Jenner even supported her ex at an awards ceremony. "She supports me. I see her every day. We're doing absolutely great," Bruce Jenner said. "I just think it has evolved," Kris Jenner added recently about their relationship. "I really can't put my finger on it. We're just happier now."
2. Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom
Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom were certainly a beloved couple and even though they split, they have continued to say that they're a "family" with their son Flynn. "We love each other, we're a family," Bloom told Katie Couric recently. "We're going to be in each other's lives for the rest of our lives. There's no question for the sake of our son and everything else, we're going to support one another and love each other as parents to Flynn. And you know," Bloom continued, "life doesn't always work out exactly as we plan or hope for but fortunately we're both ... we're adults. We love and care about each other and we, most of all, love our son." Sounds like they'll always get along!
3. Bruce Willis and Demi Moore
The original amicably divorced couple! The couple split in 1998 and have three daughters together. When Moore was married to Ashton Kutcher, the trio famously hung out. "It's an amazing thing — all three of us give a lot of compliments," Willis said. "I love Demi, we are still friends. I wish her nothing but the best and much happiness." Willis went on to marry model Emma Heming, and they had a daughter together named Mabel.
4. Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson
Although it seemed like these two would last after marrying in 2008, Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson ended up splitting in 2011. The rocking couple had one son, Bronx and even though there were many rumors on why they broke up, they seem to get along swimmingly now. "Ashlee's been my best friend for five years. She's the mother of my child," Wentz had said to Ryan Seacrest. "I have nothing but love and respect for her."
5. Courteney Cox and David Arquette
This funny couple split in 2010 after being married since 1999 and having one child, Coco. After the split, David Arquette went off the rails a bit talking about why he and Courteney Cox broke up. "She wants me to be who I am," Arquette said about Cox. "She needs to make that decision if this is person she wants to spend her life with or not." They ultimately decided to split and stay friends. Arquette is now dating Christina McLarty. McLarty is reportedly pregnant with her first child with the comedian.
