Kanye West is not happy — and we can't say we're surprised. According to reports, the 36-year-old rapper and his fiancé, reality star Kim Kardashian, are pret-ty upset with YouTube's founder Chad Hurley. And for good reason! The sneaky entrepreneur violated a non-disclosure agreement, according to TMZ, after he leaked Kimye's romantic proposal ceremony onto the social-media website.
So why did Hurley do it? We don't know. But what we do know is that Kanye is furious that Hurley posted the most personal moment of his life with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star for the world to see. Yes, even more personal than the racy sext Kim publicly posted on her Instagram account.
And because Hurley viciously tweeted the video of Kimye's engagement proposal to the Twitterverse on his account, along with a malevolent caption of "So this happened last night. Congrats Kim & Kanye," the rock star of rap and his fiancée have decided to sue the pants off of old Chad Hurley.

The "mixbit" recording Hurley posted on Twitter and is getting sued for showed a video of two figures getting engaged. During the nearly three minute video we can see sparkles, hear a 50-piece orchestra performing their rendition of Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" and Keri Hilton and Ne-Yo's "Knock You Down," and witness a pretty lavish after party.
