Katy Perry brought down the house on Saturday Night Live this week, as she took the stage in a skimpy leopard print outfit! Joined by her band, who were fully dressed in animal costumes, Perry sang her recent hit single "Roar" in front of a stage that was decked out in jungle gear!
"HEY! Look out for the lion, tiger, croc, elephant, giraffe, monkey; parrot on stage! I'm on in 15 minutes! #SNL," Perry tweeted prior to the show.
Although the "Firework" singer has become a staple in the music business, she also spoke to SNL alumni Jimmy Fallon to discuss her future in comedy! Telling Fallon that her comedic idols include Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, and Amy Sedaris, the brunette beauty admitted that she could never have enough time to practice comedy.

"I wish I could do some comedy sketches because I love being around comedians," Perry said on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, "I love the air, I love the kind of craziness ... but I have to go all over the world and I'm only one person, I'm not, like, in a band or in a girl group, so I have to delegate my time very carefully."
Although Perry is on her own as a solo artist, she let the late night host know that she certainly has a grasp on her career! "... I have a great team that really helps me and I couldn't do it without them, but I am definitely the captain of my ship and everybody reports to me."
Watch Perry play Taboo with Jimmy Fallon! Does she have what it takes to be a comedian?
