Miley Cyrus can't catch a break. The "Wrecking Ball" singer has been slammed by pretty much every celebrity out there (minus Lady Gaga), so who is now insulting Cyrus? 90210 actress Shenae Grimes! The Canadian starlet took to her Twitter account after Cyrus released the Terry Richardson clip on YouTube.
"WTF is up with Miley's new music video?" Grimes tweeted. "I mean, I don't know the girl but if I did I'd demand she bath twice, put some clothes on and give her a big hug...looks like she needs it."
Grimes' new husband Josh Beech also had an opinion on the "Wrecking Ball" video, speaking out on his blog (via E! News). "Miley doesn't leave much to the imagination in new video...Sledge hammer licking, naked on a wrecking ball and what seems to be a camel toe.... Pretty much sums up most 20 somethings saturday nights out doesn't it!!!!!!???????"
"Miley's got a new video and to be honest I like the song," Beech continued. "The video is maybe a bit unnecessary considering her fans are aged between 10 and 12 but whatever floats your boat i guess."
Grimes had to get back on her Twitter account, after it seemed some Cyrus fans went after her. "Chat to banter about em all, let's just keep the death threats to a minimum folks, actually a big Miley music and style fan myself! She's Beautiful and talented but there's such thing as too much with such a young demo isn't there? Tell us what you think! Wanna hear it all! Xx"
We have a feeling Cyrus fans will keep their opinions known, especially when someone's insulting their girl. Cyrus doesn't seem to care about what others think about her, though. Cyrus tweeted "We've hit 50 mil #wreckingballvideo ❤ get it to and ill release directors cut :)"
Cyrus is referring to a new version of her infamous "Wrecking Ball" video from director Terry Richardson if she gets the video to 150 million views online. We can only imagine what Grimes and Beech would think of a (perhaps) longer video from the racy Cyrus! We can't wait.
