Free NBA agent Lamar Odom firmly denied that he has a drug problem as he left the Teru Sushi in Studio City Monday night, disputing allegations that he has a severe crack problem that is tearing apart his marriage with Khloe Kardashian.

When leaving the venue, Odom was approached by a photog who said, "Your fans are worried about you. You doing ok?" Odom playfully replied, "How do I look?"

After telling Odom that he looked great, he then asked the athlete, "So you don't have a drug problem, right?"

"Naw man," Odom casually replied before getting into a black SUV.

The confession comes in light of bizzare behavior by Odom, who was reportedly seen wandering the streets of downtown Los Angeles in the early morning hours.

Khloe Kardashian's husband was photographed leaving a "secret" apartment at midnight and heading over to the Wokcano sushi restaurant. Hours later Odom was seen outside of the building again getting picked up in a car, which later dropped him over three hours later.

Odom's shady late-night activities comes after Odom's childhood friends from Queens, New York flew to Los Angeles in order to stage an intervention for the struggling athlete.

"A few weeks ago his friends from the projects in Queens flew out to LA and banged on Lamar's door trying to have an intervention with him," the insider told Radar Online. "They wanted to take him home to New York and get him clean but Lamar wouldn't open the door initially, telling them he 'didn't give a f**k what the world thinks' and said they 'don't know the pressure he's under.'"

The source continued by revealing Odom's devastating prediction that he will end up like his father Joe, who struggled with heroin addiction throughout his life.

"Lamar feels invincible because he's rich and famous, but he also seems scared that his destiny is to be a drug addict like his father," the source added. "He's really struggling right now ... really torn.

"It's bad," the source ended. "And his friends fear he's suicidal and trying to smoke himself to death!"

Odom's addiction was reportedly so bad that his drug dealer even had to cut him off. "Sources connected to the dealer tell us the crack slinger had delivered the drug to Lamar all summer, but last week, Lamar was insatiable. ... His go-to dealer apparently got scared enough to cut Lamar off," TMZ reported. "Obviously, this doesn't mean Lamar stopped using crack ... we're told he hasn't."
