According to the tabloid, Hill is convinced that her husband of 16 years had a fling with the country starlet. The same magazine reported previously that Faith was jealous of Taylor and Tim's chemistry on-stage during a recent concert. "Tim couldn't take his eyes off of her, [and] she couldn't take her eyes off of him, either," a source said.
The latest National Enquirer report, meanwhile, claimed that Tim and Faith are heading for divorce and that their relationship is "hanging by a thread." The tabloid also said Faith and Tim constantly fought over supposed flirtations with other people.
But, as Gossip Cop noted, the story in question did not actually provide details or evidence of a Tim and Faith divorce. There is no proof that the two broke up, nor that either of them met with an attorney. Representatives for both singers also denied this Tim and Faith divorce rumor, with Tim's rep calling the speculation "totally false and ridiculous."
This is not the first time Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have faced salacious rumors. Earlier this year, the National Enquirer also reported that Tim kept in touch with his ex, Kristine Donahue, and her son, Tyler Zarbo, even after he married Faith. Tyler said in the story that Tim was like a father to him, even though the two are not biologically related.
Tim McGraw's rep at the time, Mary Hilliard Harrington, also slammed this report. "The National Enquirer story is full of inaccuracies and misrepresentations about Tim and Faith," she said in a statement to People. "We aren't going to comment on false statements that appear to have been sensationalized for the purpose of selling tabloid magazines."
Indeed, Tim and Faith appear to be one of the few Hollywood couples still going strong. Last year, the two even spoke to Great American Country about their tips for a happy marriage.
"I don't think there's a secret," Faith said. "You just have to love the skin you're in, basically. You have to walk this life together. There will be times, ups and downs, but you have to essentially like the person that you love. I think it's important to laugh a lot and have a good time. Life is so short. It sounds contrived but it's the truth."
Tim McGraw also talked about his longstanding relationship in a 2011 interview with People. "I'll never do better than I've done with Faith, and I live every day by that credo," he said. "We'll be together forever." Thus it looks like there will not be a Tim and Faith divorce anytime soon.
