The Bachelor star was reportedly with her mother and longtime boyfriend at the time of her death.

"Two love birds enjoying the beach #NeverWantToLeave #OneAndOnly #MyNewFaveSpot," the reality star wrote on Instagram.

A close friend of Allemand, Melida Farina, tweeted that she was concerned when the reality star was admitted to the hospital.
