Kevin Federline is officially a married man! Looks like the third time really is a charm for the 35-year-old former backup dancer of Britney Spears. According to reports, the ex-husband of the pop princess and ex-fiancé of Shar Jackson has decided to dive head first into the pool of marriage again. This time the California native is saying "I do" to his 30-year-old girlfriend, Victoria Prince.
Turns out Federline had a busy weekend in Las Vegas. No, the father of five wasn't wasting his time at the penny slots or taking a tour of the Entertainment Capital of the World. The "Ooh La La's" former beau was busy making matrimony plans to engage and wed the former volleyball pro from Washington State turned special education teacher.
"She said yes!" a source told US Weekly. "Kevin told her he was going to Vegas for a job, but he surprised her by proposing and [then plans on] marrying her while they are there." The insider added that Prince had "really wanted this for a long time."
"She's gotta be blown away. She's proven herself with him from day one. Victoria is an awesome girl," the source continued to explain. According to Clark County records, the newly married couple was granted a marriage license on Friday night in Las Vegas.
The vows reportedly took place in the penthouse of the Hard Rock Hotel around 8 p.m., according to People magazine. Even the pair's 1-year-old daughter, who turns 2 next week, Jordan Kay, was in attendance to watch her mother walk down the aisle.
Yahoo noted that Federline's marriage to Prince wasn't completely unexpected. In 2010 the performer admitted to Ryan Seacrest during an interview that tying the knot with Prince wasn't a far-fetched idea. "Would I get married again? Definitely," he explained.
