Chelsea Clinton's new apartment should settle those rumors of marital problems for the former First Daughter, who signed the papers right alongside her husband Mark Mezvinsky. Joining hands to plunk down $10.5 million for an apartment is a pretty solid way to let the world know there's no trouble in paradise. In fact, the size of Chelsea Clinton's apartment would seem to indicate that there might be a baby on the way.

Chelsea Clinton's apartment must have her parents tickled pink. Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have made no secret of the fact that they're dying to have a grandchild, and with Chelsea and her husband moving into a beautiful four-bedroom apartment on the edge of Madison Square Park, it looks like their dreams are about to come true.

Chelsea Clinton's apartment is in The Whitman, a newly launched condo building at 21 East 26 Street in New York City. It's a beautiful building, with four large apartments each situated on its own floor, and Chelsea Clinton's apartment looks out on one of the loveliest parks in Manhattan. The place provides an easy commute for the former First Daughter, too: from The Whitman to Chelsea's job at NBC, it's a quick trip straight up Sixth Avenue!

Chelsea Clinton's apartment is certainly large enough to accommodate more family members, with 5,000 square feet of space, four bedrooms, and six-and-a-half bathrooms. The location is lovely, as well, right in the center of Manhattan with easy access to all of the city's amenities but without the ostentatiousness of higher-profile neighborhoods like the Upper East Side or Tribeca. Lively and low-key at the same time: sounds just right for the famously down-to-earth Clinton.

Chelsea Clinton's apartment was given a seal of approval last week by Bill and Hillary, who stopped by to tour the pad with Chelsea and her husband Mark. The four graciously posed for photos with construction workers who were polishing up the building on-site, and we imagine the famous parents left with big grins on their faces knowing Chelsea Clinton was about to settle down with her husband in a place that couldn't be more ideal for a growing family.

Chelsea has voiced her own desire for grandchildren, revealing to Vogue last August that it wasn't just her parents who wanted another generation in the famous family.

"She always tells me [having kids] was the greatest thing that ever happened to her," Chelsea told the magazine. "And as the subject of such an amazing compliment, I can't do anything but be grateful and smile and say that I'm confident that I will feel the same way when I am so blessed."

Chelsea Clinton went on to state that children were definitely in the cards. "It's certainly something that Marc and I talk a lot about. I always knew I was the center of my parents' lives when I was growing up. And I am determined that our children feel the same way. Marc and I are both working really hard right now, but I think in a couple of years, hopefully . . . literally, God willing. And I hope my mom can wait that long."

Chelsea Clinton's apartment definitely seems like another right move for the former First Daughter. We hope she and her husband stay happy and that Bill and Hillary soon get the grandchild they've been dreaming of!
