It's no secret that bad girl Rihanna loves ink - the pop star has a whopping 11 tattoos! The newest addition to her body art is a tattoo of the Egyptian goddess Isis across her ribcage.
The singer tweeted a photo of her new tat, along with the caption "Goddess Isis - Complete Woman - Model for future generations - #GRANGRANDOLLY - always in and on my heart." The edgy tattoo joins a music note on Rihanna's ankle, a Pisces sign behind her right ear and a Sanskrit prayer traveling down her hip.
Rihanna isn't the only celeb to love getting inked. In fact, you'd be surprised at how many tattoos some of the biggest stars have.
Miley Cyrus already has 16 tattoos. Her most recent addition is a quote from a 1910 speech from President Theodore Roosevelt on her left forearm. The tattoo reads "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat." Miley has said she only gets tattoos of significance, but we have a hard time understanding the significance of her LOVE ear tattoo.
Chris Brown is covered with body art, from wings and roses on his chest to a full sleeve of tattoos on each arm. The newest addition to the "Don't Wake Me Up" singer's collection has definitely attracted some controversy. Chris notoriously beat up then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, and fans were shocked when photos were released of RiRi battered and bruised.
The new tattoo in question shows a woman - who looks suspiciously like Rihanna - with scars from a beating. While Chris says the tattoo is not Rihanna, the ink seems like more than just a coincidence.
Some not-as-controversial tattoos can be found on the body of blonde bombshell Scarlett Johansson. The actress's latest ink is a bracelet style tattoo reading "I Heart NY." She also has a colorful tattoo of a sunset on her left arm and interlocking circles with the letter "A" adorning her right ankle.
They say, "All press is good press." Does the same hold true for ink?
