Describe Your Style in Three Words: High-Contrast. Accessorized. Evolving.

Style Inspiration: The streets of NYC.

The Most Expensive Thing in Your Closet: My shoes. And I never, ever want to see a total on what I've spent on them over the years.

The Least Expensive Thing in Your Closet: Cheapy little belts in fun colors that I've picked up here and there over the years.

Intricate Hem or Embellished Neckline? Embellished neckline. I like the idea of framing my face with necklaces and collars.

Sandals or Peeptoes? Sandals. The strappier the better!

George Clooney or Daniel Craig? George Clooney. Lake Como is the most gorgeous place on earth. So it really tips it in his favor.

Three Essentials for Fall 2012: Leather bottoms - skirts, shorts, pants. Metallic pumps - love these Jean-Michel Cazabat mirror pumps I just bought. Statement Earrings - the bigger, the better. Planning on nabbing tons of Kenneth Jay Lane, too!

In Your Bag at Fashion Week: Always have my iPhone and iPad. I have to check the Gilt apps daily as soon as they go live at 12 p.m. EST. Luna bars, my Smythson notebook for notes, lots of business cards, multiple pairs of sunglasses, and an extra pair of shoes. Thank god for all that my 3.1 Phillip Lim 31 Hour bag holds!

Item You Can't Bring Yourself to Throw Away: Anything my husband gives me stays.

Favorite Restaurant: Caffe Falai on Lafayette. The room is so chic in all white, and the staff couldn't be nicer. The mozzarella, handmade pastas and tiramisu are worth going back for every time.

Favorite Shoe: Loeffler Randall and Chloe - always interesting designs that are as comfortable as they are beautiful.

Must-Have Beauty ProductTimebalm concealer by TheBalm. Covers all dark circles, and you can even sleep in it.

Color You'd Never Wear: I'll wear anything as an accessory or a shoe. But good luck getting me to put orange next to my face.

Biggest Fashion Mistake: It took me a while to learn that everything didn't have to be perfectly matchy-matchy all the time. Clashing and mixing it up is a good thing.

Favorite Film: Funny Face. Nothing is more perfect than Audrey Hepburn coming down the stairs of the Louvre in that red gown.

Traditional or Modern?  Modern. Especially for the home.

Best Fashion Advice You've Ever Gotten: You wear your clothes. They do not wear you.
