Gisele Bündchen knows how to defy the odds. Tom Brady's hot-model wife concerned her male fans when she announced 11 months ago that she was pregnant again. Would she ever look as sexy after having a second child? The answer is YES.

In November, Page Six wrote a not-so-nice story about Gisele Bündchen saying that she was piling on the pounds. "Pregnant supermodel Gisele Bündchen has a killer body and a killer sweet tooth," the paper wrote at the time.

"The Brazilian stunner, who's expecting her second child with husband Tom Brady, capped off a poolside lunch with two orders of tiramisu with ice cream along with cannoli and coconut sorbet Friday at Bianca restaurant at the Delano Hotel in South Beach. The next day, the beauty and Brady, who joined her in Miami as the Patriots had a bye week, enjoyed a hearty meal at Prime 112 steakhouse."

Well, if Bündchen truly packed on the pounds, you wouldn't know it from her super-sexy cover for the March 2013 issue of Elle Germany. Bündchen, now 32, married hot Patriots QB Tom Brady in 2009, after a controversial love triangle involving Bridget Moynahan, who was pregnant with Brady's son when he and Bündchen met.

We're not sure how Bündchen lost the baby weight so quickly. But it may have something to do with the famous Dukan Diet. Bündchen is reportedly a huge fan. For any girls out there looking to lose weight, here are the deets, according to the Daily Mail:

1. Kick start your diet with the rapid weight loss 'Attack' phase during which you eat unlimited meat, fish, eggs and no-fat dairy products, plus oat bran.

2. After two to ten days (depending on how much weight you have to lose) switch to the 'Cruise' phase, alternating Attack days with those when you add unlimited vegetables and salad.

3. On holiday, stick to protein with salad and veg (no pasta, potatoes or rice), plus 2-4tbsp of oat bran. But allow yourself a little cheese, a piece of fruit, a glass of wine and two slices of wholemeal bread each day. Enjoy two 'celebration meals' without any restraint and earmark one day limited to protein-only Attack rules.

4. When you get back home, continue with your holiday eating plan (minus the glass of wine each day) - this is Dukan's Consolidation phase - and stick at it for five days for every pound in weight you lost, to establish your new slender weight long-term.

5. Finally, stay slim for ever by resuming a healthy balanced diet with three caveats: daily oat bran, daily exercise and protein-only on Thursdays!
