Meet Meryl Smith, the mad designer behind this Louis Vuitton inspired doggie bag. As you can see from the photo, we're talking about a dog-shaped bag here, not some over-priced bag for carrying your dog.
Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on how you look at it), Smith's doggie bag isn't available for sale--personally, I don't think I could handle seeing someone walking down the street in real life with that thing hanging from their arm.

According to Smith's website, the piece isn't even a working bag. Designed back in 2008, it's a paper-mache dog sculpture designed to look like a Louis Vuitton product. Smith used metal screen, paper-mache, leather, gold paint and a zipper to construct the piece. The ungodly creation was exhibited at the Honey Space, following the curators request that all submitted pieces be small enough to qualify as carry-on luggage on an airplane.
