This Post-It Note table by Italian design firm SoupStudio might be old news (it won second honorable mention at the International Designer's Workstation Competition in 2008), but it's just too cool not to feature. For some reason this desk-sketch pad hybrid is making the internet rounds this week so why not jump on the bandwagon.

The tables costs $1,250 shipping included and is still available for purchase at the Milan-based firm's Italiant language website, according to the Wall Street Journal.
"Recognizing the continuing allure of paper for creative types and office workers-and, specifically, the aesthetic appeal of yellow sticky notes-the Milan-based design firm Soup Studio created the Post-Itable," wrote Christopher Shea for the WSJ. "The name may be ungainly, but the concept is clear and crisp."
The table's beauty lies in it's simplicity. The entire desk surface is one giant stick note. Write or draw on it and when your done or just need a fresh start simply rip the top sheet off. When you get to the bottom of the stack you can order a new one.
Best of all, as long as you have a pen or pencil you'll always be ready to record your thoughts. Soup Studio describes the benefits of their Post-ITable, writing:
Charter. Pen. Ideas. Lots of ideas. A system able to receive them all, in continuation. The simplicity and the instinct of the project will create an immediate support for the thoughts that pass though designer's head.
