The new relationship of Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton has been endlessly plagued with rumors as the news broke that the No Doubt frontwoman is pregnant. However, the 46-year-old singer denied the claims as she displayed her enviable body on a New Year's Eve performance at Times Square.

The songwriter took the viewer's breath away as she looked stunning in a nude sequined gown that emphasized her small waist and toned legs, according to Celebrity Health Fitness. In spite of the swirling rumors, it was quite obvious that she was not expecting and will clearly be not a mother for the fourth time anytime soon.

In fact, Stefani doesn't look like a mother of three at all and already on her late 40s. She's keeping her youthful glow and model-like physique by taking a low-carb, mostly vegan diet pairing it with a good workout.

The "Used to Love You" hitmaker revealed that her post-baby body was a result of eating just high-protein, low-carb meals and running 20 minutes a day, Examiner reported. Additionally, the food she's taking was merely composed of egg-white omelets with vegetables, tuna salads, boiled eggs and protein shakes.

"She avoids pasta, bread, and rice and drinks lots of water," a source said. Furthermore, it has been known that vegan diet actually has anti-aging benefits and will result to natural weight loss, Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center, said.

"A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention," the author of "Disease-Proof" added. Meanwhile, Stefani has been doing exercise for a long time now and getting in shape is one of her favorite things.

She usually works out five times a week with a mix of intense cardio exercise and strength-training. "I'd like to have no rules and eat what I want, but I've learned over the years that I'm so disappointed when I can't wear the clothes I want to wear," she said.
