A year after giving birth to her only daughter James Reynolds, Blake Lively is already back in shape and displaying her slim figure. Now, worry no more as we are about to reveal the wife of Ryan Reynold's fitness and weight loss tips for her enviable body.

It has been known that the 28-year-old actress' husband is busy filming his upcoming film "Deadpool" this year. As noted by Latinos Health, she herself is also occupied by doing "The Shallows" as she shared her photo on set on her Instagram page.

The snap featured the mother-of-one standing on a cliff rock revealing her long toned legs wearing a blue wetsuit, bikini bottom and a fake wound on her one leg with artificial flowing blood. "No, I wasn't actually attacked by a shark that definitely would've affected my 2015," she captioned her photo.

Furthermore, after a month of giving birth to her one-year-old kid on Dec. 2015, Lively already lost her baby weight. She revealed that her metabolism played a big role in getting back her good shape, as well as she's still young. However, she divulged that she still needs to go on a diet and does exercise as she will eventually get older.

The "Gossip Girl" star also admitted that she's not a fan of doing exercise and working out, but she said that she now goes biking and hiking and have an active lifestyle. "I hate the gym, so what I do instead is find other ways to be active. I ride bicycles, I hike, I go out and exercise in nature," she disclosed.

Meanwhile, Celebrity Health & Fitness reported Lively naturally loves eating healthy and cooking natural food and dieting is not a problem for her. "I like to cook. I use a lot of fresh ingredients, which really does make a huge difference," she said.
