"Harry Potter" fans rejoice as a new fan movie "Severus Snape And The Marauders" will be released on YouTube tentatively in the month of December. The followers of the story will be brought back to the earlier life of the character originally played by Alan Rickman.
The crowd-funded flick will show the tale of the "Potion Master" which wasn't fully revealed on the books and never filmed for the motion picture. He is one of the original mainstay casts of JK Rowling's best-selling fantasy novel.
The "Defence Against The Dark Arts Professor" was made by the fascinated imagination of the 49-year-old novelist. He was characterized as hard, cruel, coldly sarcastic, conceals deep emotions and anguish but has a soft heart.
Moreover, Kickstarter made a successful campaign to fund the short film. Broad Strokes Production already launched a teaser for the said record on their official YouTube account last July 14.
The first trailer revealed that it will be set before "The Boy Who Lived" was born. Too, it will show the experiences of the "Half-blood Wizard's" parents at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy.
The seven-series fictional book enthusiasts will know the life of the misunderstood persona. It will also uncover his involvement with the famous Snape-Lily-James love triangle.
"Set in 1978 just after Harry Potter's father James graduates from Hogwarts, he and his friends Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew celebrate at a bar," the official synopsis read. "Contemplating their place in a war they are to soon become a part of."
"When Severus Snape enters the same bar, James Potter decides to do something about Snape once and for all." Meanwhile, the movie will star Mick Ignis, Kevin Allen, Dani Jae, Paul Stanko, Garrett Schweighauser and Zachary David. Directed by Justin Zagfri.
Additionally, they are the same team behind the short film "The Greater Good." It was about Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindewald's battle on "Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows."
Kickstarter created the said film its own website and still asking for pledges to support the post-production costs. For the full trailer check the video below.
