The upcoming "Sherlock" Season 4 is now being plagued with rumours and assumptions of how the series will flow. The latest addition is hinted by the main protagonist himself, Benedict Cumberbatch, which is the return of Professor Moriarty.

To recall, in the Holiday special "The Abominable Bride" shown on New Year, Sherlock Holmes said, "I never said he was alive. I said he was back." The main character might be pertaining to his opponent played by Andrew Scott, according to Parent Herald.

Hence, fans started to speculate that the criminal mastermind would reprise his role in the coming fourth season.  In addition, a photo of the 39-year-old Irish actor in character surfaced with the words, "Did you miss me?"

The said picture was said to be used on the third season finale, which has the same line after everyone thought that he killed himself in "Sherlock" Season 2. However, some came out with a theory that BBC might just be using the photograph as a marketing strategy to let the returning drama series make noise and attract more viewers.

In fact, Наш Киев, an Ukranian news publication, suggested that the main responsible for the photograph are the hackers. And, as of this writing, the image of Moriarty in the Kyiv Metro is still under investigation.

Meanwhile, the very-much-anticipated television adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle investigative novels comeback also teased the possible romance between Molly Hooper and Inspector Lestrade. International Design Times reported Rupert Graves, who plays a detective, spilled something about the soon-to-be-couple in a press interview of the ABC drama series "The Family."

"I think definitely Lestrade has got the hots for Molly," the 52-year-old actor said. "So maybe they'll develop that. We don't know what happens until we see the scripts, and that could literally be a couple of weeks before you film."
