Kylie Jenner revealed her New Year's resolution in a new video uploaded on her own website, Kylie. The 18-year-old star promised to use less makeup and go more natural this 2016.

The "KUWTK" star has been known for sporting heavy makeup whenever she's out and about. She, too, changed her hair color every now and then from blonde to blue, green and many more.

In fact, she revealed that she took two and half hours every single day just to finish her looks, according to PeopleStyle. In the clip, the model said: "I kind of want to tone it down. I feel like 2016, everyone's on the natural wave, at least, me and my friends."

"I just want to take my nails off, no hair, no makeup. It's too much to maintain, sometimes. It's hard being a girl," she added.  However, U.S. Weekly added in spite of Kylie's oath to lessen her beautification, she still wanted to color her hair with deep red.

"I really want to do burgundy ... its red vibes." And besides her major makeover, she's also looking forward to living a simpler life and be reconnected with her friends.

"I feel like this is the year of the friends. In 2015, we all kind of got disconnected. I didn't appreciate my friends as much as I should, and they just keep me grounded," the girlfriend of Tyga explained. "If I didn't have them, I feel I wouldn't be myself. I see more of myself when I hang out with them."

Meanwhile, true to her words, Kylie started her "new year, new you" thinking as she just recently gave her Snapchat followers a glimpse of her new "blunt lob," People cited. Also, on Tuesday, she announced on Instagram that her very own lip kit collection will be added with three new colors, which will be launched on Valentine's Day.
