A lot of speculations have emerged about the plot of the most awaited animated film "Frozen 2." Rumor has it that the protagonists, Queen Elsa, will bid her last goodbye in the upcoming sequel, while Anna will turn out and become evil.

International Design Times have reported that the Princess of Arendelle will discover that she also has a special superpower that will make her a villain in the next movie. Allegedly, she will use her ability against her older sister, the Queen herself, which might cause her death.

To recall, in an interview with MTV News, the film's director, Chris Buck said that the next sequel will not have a "happy ending." "In the movie, Elsa went through a very dramatic character arc, and in this one, she got to lighten up. We saw a bit more of her personality," the 55-year-old filmmaker said.

"So then we started thinking about what we could do with all of these characters in another film. We had a nice happy ending at the end of the first one, but what's next?" he added. Furthermore, Movie News Guide cited, as published by Parent Herald, that the loveable character of Olaf will finally find the love of his life in "Frozen 2."

It is widely expected that the snowman will introduce his girlfriend in the upcoming sequel as Josh Gad, the voice of Olaf, gave a hint that the sidekick of Anna will have his female counterpart. Moreover, chief creative officer of Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney, John Lasseter, told Variety that they are now looking forward in creating "Frozen 2."

"Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck have come up with a great idea for a sequel and you will be hearing a lot more about it and we're taking you back to Arendelle," he told the publication. "We are so excited about that."

"Frozen 2" has no definite date of release yet, but expected to come out in 2018.
