Lily Rose Depp welcomed 2016 with a new cover of Love Magazine's February issue. This was the first time that the daughter of Johnny Depp was the face of a fashion spread.

The 16-year-old model shared her stunning snap on her Instagram page on Sunday. "#love16 Cover thank you!!! @thelovemagazine @kegrand@willyvanderperre @panosyiapanis," she captioned.

According to E! Online, the French-American actress sported a heavy makeup, but she effortlessly carried it. She wore a thick layer of blue eye shadow that circled her eyeballs topped with an orange highlighter at the bottom of her full eyebrows.

She pouted her lips which have a glossy pink lipstick while her hand was placed beside her right cheek painted with blue nail polish. Furthermore, in an accompanied interview, Lily talked about the things she wants to attain in her career.

"I don't have any plans in particular," she said. "I just know this is what I want to do and I want to work hard at it, and hopefully keep finding roles as beautiful as the ones I've already been lucky enough to come across."

Additionally, the catwalker is also a promising actress just like her 52-year-old father. She, too, revealed that she instantly "fell in love making movies" when she filmed the "Tusk" when she was just 14.

It was actually her first time, and said she found it a "fun" way to enter the Hollywood. "That was when I realized I wanted to be an actor. I was also surrounded by friends and family so it was a great experience!"

Lily also compared the world of modeling to acting as she described the latter being "more emotional." Meanwhile, Harper's Bazaar cited that the theme of her Love magazine cover was 80s inspired, with a photo shoot titled Sweet 16 by Willy Vanderperre and directed by the spread's editor-in-chief Katie Grand.

Grand was known and responsible for the blossoming modeling careers of Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Gigi and Bella Hadid. In 2015, she first starred Chanel's eyewear campaign and major acting role for "The Dancer."
