Anne Hathaway displayed her growing baby bump in a photo she posted on her Instagram page on Sunday. She looks stunning and joyful while holding her tummy, evidently ecstatic for her upcoming newborn.

"Happy 2016 to my beautiful Instafriends!" the actress greeted her 2.1 million followers, according to the Mirror. "So, posting a bikini pic is a little out of character for me, but just now while I was at the beach I noticed I was being photographed," she started.

"I figure if this kind of photo is going to be out in the world it should, at least, be an image that makes me happy (and be one that was taken with my consent. And with a filter)," the soon-to-be-mother continued. "Wishing you love, light and blessings for the year ahead! Annie."

"The Intern" star decided to give her fans a glimpse of her pregnancy as she wore a pair of red two-piece bikini. She was enjoying her vacation and gestation as she gave everyone a huge smile.

Meanwhile, E! Online confirmed the swirling rumors that Hathaway is pregnant with her first child in November. "Anne is in her second trimester and feeling great!" a source told the publication.

It was first noticed that Hathaway is already expecting as she was gaining weight when she was out and about. Also, some have observed that her belly was bigger than usual in the London premiere of her last movie with Robert De Niro in September.

To recall, the "Les Miserables" star wed Adam Shulman in 2012 and she said that she's excited to start a family of her own with the 34-year-old producer. "I'm the only one here who's not a mother. I hope to join the ranks soon," she told E! in Jan. 2014.
